Ekam Astro Pvt Ltd  provides astrology-based consultation services including chat, call, horoscope reading, kundli analysis, and other digital astrology services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made for astrology consultations and related services are generally considered final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

Since astrology services involve real-time consultation with astrologers, time and expertise are utilized immediately upon booking, which makes refunds limited in nature.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

a) Technical Issues

If a payment is deducted but:

  • The consultation did not start, OR

  • The service was not delivered due to a technical error

In such cases, the user may request a refund.

b) Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a system or payment gateway error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

c) Failed Service Delivery

If the astrologer or platform fails to provide the booked service within a reasonable time frame due to internal issues, a refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Once the consultation (chat/call/video) has started

  • Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or advice

  • Wrong interpretation of horoscope or remedies

  • Change of mind after booking the service

  • Delay caused by user-side issues (internet, availability, etc.)

  • Partial usage of paid service

⚠️ Astrology is a belief-based guidance system; therefore, results or predictions are not guaranteed, and this cannot be a basis for refund.

4. Consultation Charges

All charges for:

  • Chat consultation

  • Call consultation

  • Premium reports

  • Subscription plans

are clearly displayed before payment. By proceeding, the user agrees to the pricing and service terms.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact us with:

  • Registered name

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approve or reject refund requests

  • Modify or update this policy at any time

  • Make the final decision in case of disputes

8. Fraud or Misuse

If any user is found:

  • Misusing refund policy

  • Filing false claims

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions

then their account may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.
